Description
This 20 Hours STP course Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the strategic, financial, and legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions. The course will cover the entire M&A process, including deal sourcing, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and post-merger integration. The course will also examine various M&A strategies, such as horizontal and vertical mergers, friendly and hostile takeovers, and cross-border M&A.
Overall, this course aims to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to understand and execute successful M&A transactions, and to prepare them for careers in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or strategic consulting.
